Please note that the following shipping and shipping price information is for our stamp sets, cardstock, marker sets, inkpads, reinkers, acrylic blocks, and stamp cleaner. We can not combine your order for these goods with orders for our inkpad storage units due to the fact that storage units are considerably heavier than the items listed above and that inkpad units are produced at the time of order placement. UNITED STATES SHIPPING
We typically ship within 3 days of receiving your order and we ship our products via United States Postal Service Priority Mail.
UNITED STATES SHIPPING PRICES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Orders between $0.01 - $39.99 = $4.80
Orders between $40.00 - $74.99 = $9.80
Orders over $75.00 = FREE SHIPPING

We accept credit cards through our PayPal ordering system. We also accept cash, check, or money orders if you mail your order to us. Please note that we will hold your personal check for it to clear the bank before shipping your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are now accepting orders for International and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that you will have to contact us with your order, rather than order through our website, so that we may obtain exact shipping fees. REFUNDS (PRIOR AUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED)
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 15 DAYS of receipt regarding a refund. Returned merchandise must be in it's original condition with all packaging in tact. Please include the reason for the return. When your return is processed, we will issue a refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges).
If you should receive defective or damaged merchandise it has to be reported to us within 3 DAYS of receipt and the merchandise has to be shipped back within 7 DAYS of the report. After this time all sales are considered final. Once we have received the damaged product, we will ship a replacement.
