Robots and Faries

I have three cards to show you today!  This first card is one of the newly released SU-Inkies from the Fairy collection called Thinking Of You. She is just the sweetest fairy, and I like her outfit too!

Whachadoin Wednesday:Owl always love you

 Happy Wednesday!!!! Wednesdays here at SU INK & MORE mean Whachadoin Wednesday Challenge.  This weeks challenge is a inspiration challenge (see photo).  I have to admit, this was a tough picture for me to draw from.  So in the end, I went with the color scheme.  I picked up the browns, the green in the accents,a nd the blue form the water outside.  I felt that the picture was a little manly, so I went with that as well.  Not that my card is "a huge manly card with he hearts".

I also decided to combine SU INK's inspiration challenge with this weeks Mojo Mondays sketch.  I love the sketch and definitely will use it again.

I'm Going Batty!

Today's Technique Lovers Challenge was Masked Frames. What a fun technique. I originally seen it in the Technique Junkies Newsletter but never tried it out--till now. How fun. I double masked the focal section to get the layered look. You can see directions on how to do this HERE. I also used my sketch challenge for this week--TSSC85--you can see my original sketch HERE.

This is one of the two cards I made for this week's blogger's challenge.  It is a card that has a ornament that the recipient can take off the card and hang on their tree or where ever. At least I hope that is what they do with it and not throw it away, lol
